Flow Properties

The flow properties configuration can be accessed by selecting the Flow Properties link in the header of the Control Flow editor. Note that this feature may not be accessible to you as it is a privileged function.

If available, the Always present calling party tick box defines whether the network will force the calling party number to not be hidden behind an “Unknown Number” message.

When the box is selected called parties will always be presented with the calling parties number.
