Command Line Applications

The N-Squared Advanced Call Distribution (N2ACD) provides several command line applications that aid in the operation and maintenance of the platform.

The following applications are available:

• Manage Available Reports for adding and removing user-accessible reports within N2ACD.
• Manage Internal Users for OAuth user customer access management.
• Export and Import N2ACD Entities to provide tools for extracting and importing N2ACD data.
• Manage Prefix Mapping Set for management of prefix mapping set data.
• Create Service to create a service and an associated flow.

All applications are available in /usr/share/n2acd/bin.
