Voice Call - Release Call

The Release Call tests for a INAP ReleaseCall operation which will release the A party (and if connected, the B party), ending the call.

The Release Cause value in the release call is part of the encoded ISUP Cause field.

It is the most often specified part of the release call message, usually set to 31.
