Voice Call - INAP Continue

The Continue test not corresponds to the Continue INAP message. This is an empty message, and has no configurable parameters.

This message, sent from the SCP to the SSP, tells the SSP to discard all prior advice from the SCP since the last detection point (the last point at which the SSP sent a message the SCP) and continue to process the call from that point without further instruction from the SCP.
